From there, we mapped out the event strategy together, setting program milestones and balancing stage entertainment with indoor play rotations.

Outdoor Grounds & Main Festivities

The experience began outdoors right off the main entrance, where families checked in at the Registration Table. Just steps away, guests could dive into fun at the Game Booth or gather in front of the Stage for live entertainment, while having open access to Free Seating and curated Food Carts alongside local dining partners.

Refreshments and Creative Play

Moving indoors, the first floor housed the Counter & Café, offering a welcoming spot for parents to relax, grab refreshments, and settle into indoor table seating. This level also hosted the vibrant Facepaint Station, where young attendees could transform into their favorite carnival and Halloween characters.

Active Play and Special Encounters

The second floor served as the activity hub. Children enjoyed dedicated sessions across Playbean’s spacious Play Area, while families could explore exclusive stops including a Snake Encounter, the Loot Bag Claiming Station, and a themed Photo Booth to capture lasting memories.

The venue buzzed with festive energy as roving jugglers, stilt walkers, and unicyclists welcomed guests at the door. Kids dove into hands-on crafts, carnival games, and the second-floor live snake encounter. Center stage, families gathered for a magic show, acrobatic performances, and a children’s costume runway.

To prevent overcrowding, registered children enjoyed dedicated, supervised play sessions inside Playbean's signature indoor playground.
